Payments are made through the following means at the customer's convenience:
-Credit or debit card
-By Bank transfer
-By cash on delivery (3% more for expenses will be charged in the final price). The minimum amount to be able to make this type of shipment is € 100.
Price of items
All the Retail Prices (RRP) of our exhibited products are WITH TAXES. In the final basket the final price is shown, indicating the amount resulting from the applicable taxes.
VAT is the Value Added Tax that is applied to goods sold by Machay S.L within the European Union (EU).
In the member territories of the European Union the VAT tax rate to be applied is 21%. In the invoices sent (within the same packages or by email) the VAT is broken down. Companies that belong to countries of the European Union (except Spain) and that are registered as intra-community operators will be exempt from paying VAT.
Prices in Andorra, Gibraltar, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, territories considered extra-community due to their particular tax regime, will be exempt from paying VAT. Customs management costs (DUA) and import taxes (tariffs) are not included in the price of the item or the shipping price, and must be paid at the destination by the recipient of the merchandise.
The prices displayed in www.machay.com can be reviewed and modified at any time if the conditions require it.
Shipping and Deliveries
Any order placed on the MACHAY website before 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except holidays) will be prepared within 48 hours, subject to confirmation of payment. MACHAY undertakes to deliver the orders placed by the client within the maximum delivery period of 10 days, although it is normal to receive it within 24 hours (only applicable to the national territory)
The customer has a period of 15 days from the date of shipment of the items to signify non-receipt, request the cancellation of the sale and the return of materials and refund of the amounts paid. After this period, the cancellation of the sale will not be accepted.
The customer has to check the status of the delivered items. In case of any anomaly, (missing elements, damaged package, broken products ...) you have to inform us within 4 days after receiving the package.
The form of delivery of purchases can be:
- By transport company
- By post
- Pick up in our store
The postage will be free for purchases over 80 Euros. This will be applicable to the peninsular national territory, € 300 for the Canary Islands, for other areas consult prices.
Exchanges or returns
Customers have a period of fifteen days from the delivery of their order to return the product to MACHAY for exchange or refund.
Products cut to size, any other product that has been personalized and books cannot be returned. In addition, for safety reasons, individual protection equipment (PPE) and climbing and caving products such as ascenders, descenders, carabiners, harnesses, ropes ..... cannot be returned.
Returned products must arrive in perfect condition; In its original packaging, with its original and intact labeling, suitably packaged and protected correctly, otherwise, the return will not be accepted. In the event that the return of the product is not in accordance with these conditions, it will be returned to the customer postage due.
If when you receive the product it is not your size or you want to change it for another model or color, you can do it without problems as long as you notify us within 15 days. return and forwarding costs will be paid by the customer.
If you do not want the purchased product, you can return it without problems. Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and we verify that everything is correct, we will proceed to accept the return of the product and the refund of its amount, discounting the shipping costs. In case the order had free shipping costs, € 7 will be deducted from the amount to be returned for the costs of the first shipment.
The customer must keep the proof of shipment, in the absence of such proof, no exchange or refund will be made in case of loss of the package.
MACHAY customers benefit from the guarantee provided by the different manufacturers of each product. This warranty is advertised in each product description.
Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the item, as well as wear and tear caused by normal use, are not included in the warranty.
